Useful details for a fitting question

Please identify the fan and any extension stem when making an enquiry. Finished ceiling height and the intended room position are useful measurements; a building address is not needed merely to compare products. For an existing order, use its reference and specify whether the question relates to the fan, control or fitting. Do not treat an email product comparison as an installation assessment.
